It is almost the end of March! The time is very near to closing time, have you submitted your Annual Tax Report (SPT Tahunan)? If you haven't it is highly recommended that you take immediate action in completing the forms and submit it before the deadline approaches.

All Registered Taxpayers are obligated to submit their individual Tax Report by the latest on March 31^st, 2010.

Submission of the forms can be done by direct sending to the designated local tax office or drop it off at Tax Drop Boxes, which are now available in various strategic areas, such as office building or malls (i.e: Plaza BII or Pacific Place on Central Jakarta) for more convenience. All Registered Taxpayers are encouraged to submit their Annual Tax Report at least three (3) months before the due date. Shall there be lateness in submission of the form passing the deadline given, penalty fee of Rp. 100.000,- will be charged accordingly to the individual taxpayer.
