Researcher
Responsibilities:

To develop, maintain and improve company Business Intelligence (BI) technique, system and procedure. Actively communicate updated BI system to all consultants and relevant parties within the company

To actively develop company business partner and expand source of information in relation with company database development
-
To perform business analysis over clients industries and actively communicate to all consultants
-
To perform clustering and categorization based on functional, industrial, competency and other parameters over the incoming talents/candidates
-
To maintain the “recruitment” application, and continuously improve the system due to latest business needs
-
To assist the recruitment consultants to perform analysis over candidate competency and possible hiringfor clients, particularly from paper/document (CV) received
-
To manage the job opportunities posting on “on-line recruitment” web-site, newspaper as well as other media channel
-
To manage the a necessary project that related to database and/or recruitment application development
-
To manage company database by receiving incoming resume from candidates as well as storage management
Requirements:
-
Having at least 1 year working experience as Researcher in Executive Search firm or Telesales in good multinational banking/financial industry

Minimum hold Bachelor Degree (S1) with any relevant major from reputable university. Preferably overseas graduate

Having good self-confidence and creative
