Service Manager

Responsibilities:

1. In general, this People Search manager shall perform both team role and individual role
2. Performing full commercial cycle over the existing accounts. Responsible with revenue generation through repeat orders or/and new product development. Ensuring finest service and highest customer satisfaction, then securing high success rate for People Search projects
3. Understanding client needs, articulate and communicate to Junior Consultants and Senior Consultants
4. Monitoring and ensuring the projects implementation performed by Junior and Senior Consultants. Provide real-time feedback and solution to them.
5. For individual role: to do full cycle recruitment for Senior Position recruitment such as CEO, Independent Commissionaire and BOD members, from sourcing-assessing and reporting
6. To assist Director in revenue generation activities, participated on accounts origination and brand development activities both in Indonesia and regional.
7. To help Director in developing organisation, corporate system, people/employees and information technology.

Qualification:

1. Strong capability in recruitment, for both sourcing and assessing process. At least 5-7 years experience working as recruiter in top industrial company and/or executive search
2. Having strong experience in managing people, project and function.
3. Possible education background: human resource management, psychology, other educational background as long as owning the above experiences. Preferably holding MBA/MM degree.
4. Strong character, very persistence. Able to deal with tough sourcing and negotiation activities.
5. Perfect communication skill, and good English
6. Having leadership potential, to be developed as People Search Indonesia leaders in the future.
