Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- In general, this People Search manager shall perform both team role and individual role
- Performing full commercial cycle over the existing accounts. Responsible with revenue generation through repeat orders or/and new product development. Ensuring finest service and highest customer satisfaction, then securing high success rate for People Search projects
- Understanding client needs, articulate and communicate to Junior Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Monitoring and ensuring the projects implementation performed by Junior and Senior Consultants. Provide real-time feedback and solution to them.
- For individual role: to do full cycle recruitment for Senior Position recruitment such as CEO, Independent Commissionaire and BOD members, from sourcing-assessing and reporting
- To assist Director in revenue generation activities, participated on accounts origination and brand development activities both in Indonesia and regional.
- To help Director in developing organisation, corporate system, people/employees and information technology.
Qualification:
- Strong capability in recruitment, for both sourcing and assessing process. At least 5-7 years experience working as recruiter in top industrial company and/or executive search
- Having strong experience in managing people, project and function.
- Possible education background: human resource management, psychology, other educational background as long as owning the above experiences. Preferably holding MBA/MM degree.
- Strong character, very persistence. Able to deal with tough sourcing and negotiation activities.
- Perfect communication skill, and good English
- Having leadership potential, to be developed as People Search Indonesia leaders in the future.
