Client Description

Our client is an international education business, with multiple centers in Indonesia. Presently, our client is hiring Brand and Communications Manager for their company.

Job Description

  • Planning, executing, and monitoring overall brand communications for company in various channels and serves multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure company to be the preferred choice for customers.
  • Coverage of brand on media with desirable key messages incl. In respected online and offline event.
  • Build desired brand perception and association in the mind and heart of relevant market.
  • Manage positive brand voice in public conversation, incl. But not limited into social media.
  • Build a strong upper-funnel of Marketing with measurable conversion from addressable market to eventually becoming customers, including B2C and B2B communications.
  • Deliver great communication to employees on company policy, values, and culture.
  • Deliver great communication with existing members using various channels, i.e. social media, email marketing, etc.

Job Requirement

  • 5+ years in a marketing role, either in-house or in an agency of PR, advertising, marketing communications, brand management, media planning, and other relevant roles.
  • Have experience with campaign planning and execution, from creative conceptualization, understanding on media buying effectiveness, delivery, monitoring and reporting of the campaign.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiar with analytical tools related to performance of a brand, such as various brand metrics, ADEX, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, YouTube Brand Lift, etc. is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical thinking, timeline sensitive, and able to demonstrate project management capability to hold others accountable to their delivery commitments.
  • Be a great team player, willing to learn, and enjoy working in a fast-paced education technology company.
  • Knowledge and experience in the education and/or technology industry is preferred, but not necessary.
