Our client is a mining company in Central Indonesia, please see below the work description and requirements.

Job Descriptions

  1. Assessing the current supply chain business processes,  searching areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  2. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  3. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  4. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  5. Performing requirements analysis.
  6. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  7. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  8. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  9. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  10. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Having 5 years of experience as a management consultant or/and business process analyst in reputable management consulting company
  • Strong business analysis and solution designing skills
  • English is a must, strong communication skill is a mandatory
  • The candidate will live and work on mine site
