People Search has a standardized recruitment process for all successful candidates. To simplify, please view the process below to give you a better perspective on the whole execution of each phase.

- People Search receives numbers of Curriculum Vitae (CV) from job applicants in accordance to the position applied.
- People Search Consultant begins to filter and select suitable CVs that match the job profile with desired competency, technical capability and specific skill requirement. Candidate with the right skills and competency will be chosen and further called for interview with People Search Consultant. Prior to the interview session, shortlisted candidates will be required to fill in a Pre-Interview Form and shall promptly sending back the completed form to People Search Consultant at the latest one day before the scheduled interview date.
- Selected candidates are only required to attend one-time preliminary interview session with People Search Consultant for assessment of general competency, specific skills, as well as personal characteristics to seek the suitability of the position offered.
- Another screening will be one after the preliminary interview session with People Search Consultant and only recommended candidates will be presented to the client.
- Shall the recommended candidates receive positive feedback from the client, candidates will be contacted by People Search and assisted to follow through the recruitment procedures from client's side, which may consist several stages of interview session and possible technical/personality/medical tests before the hiring decision is made. Please note that recruitment procedures may vary for different organizations.
- Finally, hiring decision will be communicated to the successful candidate. where official offering will be made between the client and the candidate, which resulted in contract signing to legalize the final employment agreement.
- Successful candidate will be formally hired and worked under the client's company and has no employment bond with People Search Indonesia.
- Applicant's profiles that are not yet matched with the position offered will be kept confidential at PSI database for future job opportunity. These profiles will be prioritized for screening shall there be another position available for hire. PSI encourages applicants to consecutively sending their updated Curriculum Vitae to secure the right talent for future endeavour.
