Service Methodology


Shall you would like to know more on each stage of our project initiation to completion, please take a while to view our recruitment process as the following.

  1. Our Business Development Executive shall make initial contact and perform brainstorming with clients and potential clients, in order to understand the client's business and expectation. Basically, the recruitment criteria shall be derived from the information provided by the client.
  2. Should clients agree with our service methodology and attached terms and conditions, both party, People Search Indonesia and Clients shall sign the Job Arrangement Letter (JAL).
  3. According to established criteria and JAL, the applicants who meet the overall recruitment criteria will be short-listed for preliminary interviews.
  4. Those applicants who are invited to our office for preliminary interviews will be interviewed according to our Competency Models.
  5. The applicants will be assessed for general and specific competency as required, as well as suitability for the position offered.
  6. PSI shall then prepare a profile of each short-listed candidate outlining essential facts about the candidates' background and experience. These profiles will be presented to the client for further short-listing.
  7. Arrangements will then be made for the client to interview the candidates they wish to see as a result of reading the profiles.
  8. When the client makes a hiring decision, PSI will inform the candidates of the client's decision. PSI shall also assist the successful candidate and the client, to schedule and complete their negotiations and agreement.

In order to complete all the task timely with a sound quality, we execute strong project management for each on-going project. We develop project plan and timetable, as agreed by client. We put high consideration of the project execution, and monitor every project milestone. Any progress in the project will be reported in weekly basis to the clients.
