Digital Marketing Manager for International Education Business

Client Description

Our client is an international education business, with multiple centers in Indonesia. Presently, our client is hiring Digital Marketing Manager and report directly to Head of Marketing of the company.

Job Description

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising aligned with overall corporate marketing plan
  • Lead and drive inbound content marketing campaigns using blogs, measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage company website
  • To plan and manage budgets against company’s activities while ensuring that all activities are carried out cost effectively, efficiently and within budget
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of performance and budget
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Together with social media specialist, design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Achieve target leads and sales by center on a monthly basis
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research.
  • Monitor website performance (redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs).
  • Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns.

Job Requirement

  • BS/MS degree with proven experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in using marketing automation tools and inbound content marketing (preferred)
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Ability to use Ahrefs tool
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong leadership skills and project management skills
  • Ability to work with across all levels in an organization and with external vendors

  • Detailed oriented
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written is mandatory
  • MS Office/IT literate
