Head of Talent Management

Our client is an education business, and presently hiring Head of Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Talent Acquisition (sourcing the right candidates for hiring managers in a timely and cost-efficient manner) 
  2. Performance Management (supporting Managers with consistent performance assessment, coaching and career planning for staff) 
  3. Talent Operations (general HR administration) 
  4. Develop an internal organization for training & development

Requirements: 

  1. At least 7-8 years experience in talent management
  2. having good experience in HR operation
  3. Good english, strong communication skill and team work
