Senior Recruiter for Fashion Retail (Jakarta)

Client Description

Our client is newly established fashion retail company in Indonesia, presently hiring Senior Recruiter.

Job Descriptions

  • Set right recruitment strategy for the company for both management and staff level employees
  • Working together with management to set man power plan of the company 
  • Working with user to establish the role, work description , expected requirement for each vacancies
  • Actively searching for talents to be hired by the company, by doing direct hunting, social media searching and collaborating with search firm
  • Performing candidate assessment according to company’s assessment standard
  • Conducting reference check and background check over candidates to hire.
  • Prepare job offer and discuss with hiring manager to establish job offer proposal
  • Ensure the administration process of the recruitment is properly done

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience to work as recruiter
  • Only hire someone from retail business, preferably “fashion” retail
  • Opened to see someone from search firm with extensive experience serving fashion retail client
  • English is must
  • Able to operate Recruitment Tracking System
  • Experienced in hiring high level and low level position
