Taufik Arief Elected to Board of Global Recruiting Network (2016 – 2020)
GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN, USA – April 14, 2016 – Dave Nerz, president of NPAworldwide, has announced that Taufik Arief, owner of People Search Indonesia (Jakarta, Indonesia), has been elected to the NPAworldwide board of directors for the period 2016 to 2020. NPAworldwide is a member-owned, global recruiting network that brings independent recruiting firms together to facilitate cooperative, split-fee placements.
As a board member for 2016 to 2020, Mr. Arief joined other leading recruitment executives from around the world to provide leadership and direction to NPAworldwide. Each director is a member of the network, and owns a recruitment firm. NPAworldwide board members direct the development of the network’s business plan, establish administrative policy, develop an annual budget, and oversee executive staff. The board term is a two year term.

Mr. Arief earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad). People Search Indonesia serves top multinational, local conglomerates as well as start-up companies in ASEAN, and successfully recruits top and mid-level executives.
