Senior HR Executive – Digital Marketing Service Company

Our client is a Digital Marketing Service Company and now currently looking for Senior HR Executive with job descriptions and requirements below:

Job Descriptions

  1. Responsible for all activities related with recruitment, policies making, administrative supports and general office administration
  2. Contributing in C&B, track confirmation status, recruitment and training implementation, issue confirmation reports and managing the issue of confirmation letters
  3. Support the coordination of internal job posting
  4. Responsible to give reports to the CEO
  5. Have a role in building the team from ground zero and planning for the future of HR Department

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s/College Degree from a reputable university
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role with an operational focus in Asia region
  3. Fully understand with general knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  4. Handling in payroll and supporting in policies making and recommending
  5. Deep understanding of employment laws and HR practices
  6. Experienced in administration support, record keeping and database management 
  7. Able to work in an organized and systematic manner and detail oriented,8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
