Learning & Development Manager – International Education Business

Our client is an International Education Company and currently searching for Learning and Development Manager with Job Descriptions and Requrements below

Job Descriptions

  1. Responsible to create and execute program and learning strategies for training
  2. Evaluate the needs necessary for the development of individual and organization
  3. Execute various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  4. Make strategy and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  5. Evaluate the success of development plans and help employees make the most of their learning opportunities
  6. Work with managers to help them develop their team members by designing a solid career path plan

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as Learning & Development Manager or a similar position in a multinational company
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university (Master degree or a Professional HR Certification is an advantage)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • English language proficiency is a must (Excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  • Deep understanding of HR and talent management practices
  • Proven of drive-in managing team and agile with working cultures
  • Experience working in a dynamic multicultural environment and enjoy learning about their cultures
