Our client is an International Education Company and currently searching for Learning and Development Manager with Job Descriptions and Requrements below
Job Descriptions
- Responsible to create and execute program and learning strategies for training
- Evaluate the needs necessary for the development of individual and organization
- Execute various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Make strategy and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Evaluate the success of development plans and help employees make the most of their learning opportunities
- Work with managers to help them develop their team members by designing a solid career path plan
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Learning & Development Manager or a similar position in a multinational company
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university (Master degree or a Professional HR Certification is an advantage)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
- English language proficiency is a must (Excellent verbal and written communication skills)
- Deep understanding of HR and talent management practices
- Proven of drive-in managing team and agile with working cultures
- Experience working in a dynamic multicultural environment and enjoy learning about their cultures
